Rockman struggles against Magicman's virus barrage, but Netto eventually attempts another Program Advance. Fortunately, it succeeds, and Netto wins! But Enzan decides to flaunt his skills next. He goes up against Count Elec, who hacks into the stadium and disables Enzan to see the match. However, Enzan easily performs a Program Advance and defeats Elecman without even looking!
