You're Under Arrest: A white sedan knocks over a woman and her dog. The woman is unconscious but the dog manages to grab a bite out of the suspect's clothing. Miyuki and Natsumi find the dog at the crime scene. Meanwhile, Detective Tokuno reports that a bank has been robbed. Miyuki and Natsumi take the dog with them and find the white sedan that was involved in the hit and run, converging with Tokuno's group.
