The Bill: Investigating an attempted abduction and protection racket, DS Boulton and DC Carver travel up to Manchester on the trail of a suspect. Getting into trouble with a local gang, they find themselves rescued by none other than Frank Burnside, who left Sun Hill in mysterious circumstances five years ago.
