Fear Factor UK: This four-stunt episode featured four sets of twins competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Helicopter to speedboat) One twin would be hanging by a harness from a helicopter while their partner would be inside the helicopter. As the helicopter flew over a buoy, the person in the helicopter would have to pull a rip cord and drop their twin into the water. When the helicopter flew over a second buoy, the second twin would also have to jump out. Both twins would have to retrieve a flag from their respective buoys and swim to an ultra boat. Once they were both on board, the boat would speed past a floating platform. Both twins would have to jump off, swim to the platform, and attach their flags. The time would stop when the second flag was attached. The pair of twins to complete this stunt the fastest would win a $20,000 Capital One credit card. No one would be eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #2 (Cattle trench) Twins would be racing back and forth while attached to a pulley system, so one twin could not move without the other twin moving the opposite direction. They would be in a trench full of cow livers, spleens, tongues, and hearts. On one end of the trench was box of cow jaws covered with rotten meat and maggots, and on the other end was a meat grinder. Twins would take turns getting mouthfuls of meat from the cow jaws, and transferring the meat to the grinder. Once they had ground up enough meat to fill a glass, they would have down the shake. When drinking the shake, twins could alternate between who was drinking. The three teams to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest team would be eliminated. Stunt #3 (Pulley plunge) One twin would be hanging upside-down from the ceiling of an airplane hangar 75 feet above the ground. Their partner would also be hanging upside-down, fastened to the ground. The twin at the bottom would have to unscrew six wing nuts to release a saw, and saw through the rope keeping them fastened to the ground. One the rope was sawed, the twin the on the ground would shoot into the air and the other twin would drop headfirst into a water tank with flags attached to the bottom. The twin in the tank would have to get as many flags as possible with a single breath of air. The team to get the highest flag count would win $25,000 and everyone present in this stunt would advance to the finals. Stunt #4 (Tanker rescue) As a semi truck and a tanker truck full of water drove down a highway side-by-side, one twin would be handcuffed to a chain inside the tanker while the other twin would be on top of the semi. The twin on the semi would have to turn a crank to lower a drawbridge, walk to the end of it, and climb down a rope to the tanker truck. They would have to go inside, find a key, and unlock their twin. The twin who was chained would have to stay inside and collect a flag while the other twin would take a flagpole, crawl across the top the truck, and screw it down. Once the other twin had the flag, they would also have to crawl across the top of the truck and clip the flag on the flagpole. The team to complete this stunt the fastest would be Twins Fear Factor Champions.
