Set to the backdrop of the days leading up to the March Madness College Basketball Tournament. Mike, (Tim Duquette) a low end gambler who loves to bet on the Madness, gets himself involved with some Irish Gents who grew up together in the old Brooklyn neighborhood in a "Package" delivery deal that goes wildly awry.
