Compared to its predecessor in the Authorized Bootleg series (the 11/04/75 set), LIVE AT WINTERLAND SAN FRANCISO 3/07/76 is tougher and harder. J.J. Cale's "I Got the Same Old Blues" is pure nasty funk, while "Tuesday's Gone" adds a hint of anger to the song's inherent melancholy.
