Every town in America has a vast and often decaying sewer system. And they all need constant attention from intrepid sewer crews to keep them from collapsing. In Belleville, New Jersey, Dirty Water Don is on the scene to find and unclog a mysterious blockage that threatens to back up into toilets all over town. He straps on a hermetically-sealed dive suit and crawls through a 36-inch pipe filled with raw sewage on a mission to save the day. In Mount Vernon, New York, the kindly Miss Horton has a terrible backup that floods her entire basement. Enter Ramone and George who embark on a series of misadventures to discover the root of the problem in hopes of draining the basement before the flood does serious structural damage. And in Cleveland, Ohio, Josh and his team discover that a critical pipeline has been severely impacted by the gradual buildup of rock-hard slabs of grit and fat.
