The Pink Panther is a very responsible caretaker in a national park. Then a very irresponsible short, pointy-nosed man arrives with his dog to camp out. Ignoring the prohibitions, the man sets a campfire, throws empty cans into the lake while fishing, and litters the forest so badly the panther has to send for the bear to order the man to clean up everything.
